who we are
Talmolder was established in 1980 as a supplier of molded foams for the office furniture industry. We became quite specialized in this area as we worked closely with customers and their needs. We focused on how to design our products in ways that would greatly benefit them.
Many innovative ideas were developed that allowed us to offer competitive pricing without sacrificing quality. By working closely with our customer's Designers and Engineers, we play an active role from the start with input at the development stage. By doing this we have realized cost reductions, which were passed on to our customers.
Our dedicated staff and stable workforce have seen many positive changes through out the years of consistent growth; many of them have been with us for more than 20 years. Our team consists of many highly skilled individuals. Included is a team of Engineers in areas of Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, all of them are well educated in the latest computer software programs.
