We have at total of 60,000 square feet of Manufacturing and Warehousing space in 2 separate buildings. Each building has been equipped with maximum ventilation that exceeds what is required by local governments. In total we have more than 150,000, cubic feet of air per minute flowing through our factories.

Sensors are strategically located in our facilities to warn employees of the presence of certain hazardous chemicals, and flammable vapors that could be potentally dangerous. Many back up systems are in place for added protection to ensure the Health & Safety of our employees and security to our facilities.

We have built our own Tank Farm to supply the raw materials directly to our mixing dispensing machines in our manufacturing areas via pipeline. We have tanks for holding, and receiving bulk deliveries from Tanker Trucks. We also have special Tanks in which we can introduce different additives, blowing agents, colorants, etc. All equipment in this building is intrinsically safe to work with flammable materials. There are also underground containment tanks in case of large spills.
